1. Alright you lot - who wants what for Christmas? I’m taking orders over the next few days and doing a mass order from Threadless and ThinkGeek in the next week or so, depending on who wants what.

    So.

Has anything caught your eye on either of those sites that is either

    a) too small to warrant the horrific postage charges

    or

    b) something you can’t get because you don’t have a VISA or Mastercard.

Let me know! I prefer to do big orders (combined postage, yay!) and am also considering an order from the Book Depository.

    So.

    Who wants what?

  2. revelation that may well kill a few of my friends and will also possibly expedite my next visit to a certain friend of mine.

I was attempting to figure out exactly what it was about Tom Hardy that I found so familiar - not just what other movies I had seen him in, etc blah blah but why his eyes and the way he smiled seemed… well.

    I figured it out.

thank heavens for the ‘delete’ button, hey?

IKR… Neither of the accounts had any details, nor had they written any stories. It’s like they set up the accounts purely to piss people off LOL

Stupid trolls. WHEN DID MIDNIGHT HAPPEN. Ugh. Would love to stay and chat but bed. Talk later! (also, am almost finished third chapter of that fic on AO3 for you!)

  4. Me (in the hat) Tegan (in the smexy glasses), in the Perth mall. ALSO.

SHIP HAPPENS shirts (I have one of them, too!) on Tegan, Bec and Kerry.

So, I’ll be back in January.

  5. Awesome on a stick

Well, awesome in Perth City, anyway.

Today was excellent and that’s all I’m saying right now because I’m on the iPad and typing like this is a pain.

    But.

There will be many varied long and rambling text posts when I am back East. Ok?

    Love!!

    Anna.

  6. So, Hi Perth Peeps!

Your city is so far, lovely. I ws taken to the Fremantle Gaol last night and have the torch and cat’o’nine tails marks on Husband’s back to prove it. Great tour, very well executed and I think next time we’re back here we might have to go again.

Had an awesome dinner at the little food court just down the road, Japanese garlic chicken and Husband inhaled a plate of pad Thai that was evidently delicious, judging by the pace at which it vanished.

Did I mention the cat’o’nine tails? Yes, well. At one point on the tour there was an old flogging post set up, in the Corporal Punshiment yard, and like an idiot I volunteered that I knew what it was. Husband was standing next to me and when Simon The Tour Guide asked him what my name was he gave it, which is a very silly thing to do in a prison. So then Husband got asked to assume the position on the flogging post and I was handed a small, plastic cat’o’nine tails, and asked, for the education of the group present, to demonstrate a flogging.

Good thing I’ve got decent whip control, and Husband was wearing two layers. He’s still got some marks on his lower back, though, even though it was plastic that thing had some bite.

Today we are going to take a bit more of a look around, I might even see if I can get my camera out and take some pictures. I need to find a JB HiFi or a Good Guys, though, and get a camera kit for my iPad, like I’ve naren meaning to for a while, so that I can put pictures straight on here instead of having to wait until we’re back East to upload them.

Looking forward to meting a few of you Tumblr-ites tomorrow, for those not in the know but in the state, at noon on Sunday we are meeting at the giant cactus looking statue, opposite the train station.

    Love y’all!!

    Love Anna.

    AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

    She is so little!

And she’s not even mine! That’s (in some ways) the best part! I get to feed her treats and play fetch with her, but don’t have to scoop poop or take her to puppy school!

Same for Benji in mine…. I do feel bad about that… LOL

So long as he has someone to look after him when he’s been thumped about…. it’s all good.

OMG same!!!!!! My friend (who is not a writer) asked me if she could read some of my fanfics the other day. I’m scared because she won’t understand about the whump rule - where the more you love a character, the more you put them through lol

….which explains why Mike (Suits), Neal (White Collar) and Benji get put through so much!

Hehe :) love ya too! Tumblr is one of my favourite places to be because people don’t judge me - it’s full of people who love movies/tv shows/actors/fanfiction just as much as me :)

precisely. that and people actually like my writing on here - in the real world they all think I’m a loon!

Hey, never say never xD and who cares if they’re moving faster? Kids? Simon Pegg didn’t have a kid til he was 39. Try not to compare your life to others because it’ll just bring you down. You’re awesome as you are :) *glomps*

    *glomp!*

Love ya! (this is why I love tumblr. It’s probably my favourite place on the internet right about now).

  12. whyamipluto replied to your post: whyamipluto replied to your post: according to…

But regardless of comparing your life to those of your friends, are you happy with who you are and are you enjoying what you’ve done? Money can’t buy you happiness, as they say, cliche but true.

I am happy, most days, but I think the thing that scares me a little is that they all seem to be moving a lot faster than me.

Who knows - this time next year I might be a NYT bestseller and six months’ pregnant, retaining the movie rights for my novel and demanding to be credited as casting director while Hiddleston and Cumberbatch are leaving me messages, asking that I reconsider Fassbender as the top choice for the male lead.

There may be a “social” norm for everything, but there is no definition of normal. I’ll be your friend! Well, I already consider you a friend, but the point still stands :)

I definitely consider you a friend, Kerry honey! It’s just a bit depressing when I look through the Facebook page for my graduating class (ten years reunion next year and I’m dreading it…) and see that everyone seems to have kids, or is making buckets of money, or has succeeded in some huge way and here I am, with two cats, writing fan fiction and listening to Florence and the Machine.

In the state of mind, it’s my own private suicide.

I don’t blame you for being you.

No, it’s not the last time, ‘cause I’ll never say no to you.
